I found it offensive that the Mayor didn't think that police work was worthy of a high pay check but a "City Manager" was. The Mayor had a very elitist mind-set – no wonder a waterfront and city beautification project is more important than on-the-street help. The only thing that I found really confusing was why people would ever disrespect a firefighter...they are self-less heroes that consistently give their lives to save others....9/11...... shall I say more.

So I just finished watching Morgan Spurlock's "Inside Man – Bankruptcy – Stockton". It was OK.....I guess. It made a couple things more clear but I feel it was still pretty limited. He basically only spoke with mid to upper class white politicians, city officials, police, fireman & business owners about the bankruptcy and the issues that still continue to plague Stockton (bunch of finger pointing....once again). Pretty one-sided prospective in my opinion since a lot of those people themselves are the direct cause of placing Stockton in the s#!* hole it's in now. These are also the same people who are completely disconnected with the youth in this city as a whole. That's why they're robbing, killing & rebellious. They're bored! No one listens to them! There's nothing for them to do! Old minds & ideas keep this city from growing. I wish Morgan would have interviewed the youth & the people from "the hood" that's really, REALLY feeling the tension. That's the problem....their voice is NEVER heard....cause they speak the truth too loud. The streets is the best source to understanding what's REALLY the reason behind the robbing, stealing & killing. I know a lot can't be done in an hour long show but it could had been spread out across the board a lil more to get different responses from different races, neighborhoods & organizations. ‪#‎morganspurlock‬ ‪#‎insideman‬ ‪#‎stockton‬ #209 ‪#‎bankruptcy‬

I missed the one show, are they ever repeated? I think this a great show and hope you rerun episodes so everyone gets to see them. I'm sure there would be huge fan base.

Thanks Morgan for the elder care episode. We need more of this kind of reporting.
