  1. Seriously?

I guess my original post was not approved . . .

I think it is funny that over half the population of Stockton is either black or Hispanic, but yet Morgan only showed a handful of them in his exposé on crime in the city. It seems like selective editing.

I wonder if citizens of the U.S. realize that this city is just a microcosmic example of what will happen to America when China calls in their debt...and are we prepared to deal with this on a large scale? I think not.

good job on Stockton, next time hang around the eastside of Stockton. footnote: why doesn't President Obama stop by Stockton, we stink and we have no money, no jobs, no health care.

Morgan - Thanks for digging into the issues facing Americans. We were grateful for your '30 Days' series and now stay up to watch 'Inside Man.' In keeping with your economic themes, may I suggest a show about what it costs to live in the USA. There are economic baselines; the government uses them when setting eligibility for assistance programs or tax credits. The Economic Policy Institute has published a study about what it takes a family-of-four to "secure a modest living standard": $63,000! Even if this number is 10% inflated, that's more than $62,000. We can use a national discussion about the costs of living before we can talk about a "living wage" or inflation. Thanks.
