Welcoming reporter Glenn Greenwald, the columnist for "The Guardian" who is largely credited with breaking the story surrounding Edward Snowden and leaked information on government agencies use of secret data-mining programs, Spurlock asks why the former National Security Agency contractor fled America:
"Why did he leave the U.S. in the first place? Why not stay here and fight," wonders Spurlock. "If he was really a hero, wouldn't he have just, you know, be seen a little differently if he had just stuck around and kind of stood his ground?"
